Position: Nurse for Pediatric Home Care Team
Engage in meaningful pediatric care with Living Grace Home Care & Wellness in North Bay, Ontario.

This role offers part-time and full-time opportunities to support families with complex medical needs.

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses. The role focuses on providing one-on-one overnight nursing care to infants transitioning home from hospital. Effective communication and strong assessment skills are essential as you manage medical supplies and offer support to families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer tracheostomy care and monitor respiratory health

• Manage G-tube feeds and medication protocols

• Conduct vital signs checks and document changes

• Educate families on care procedures and health practices

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• RN or RPN in good standing with CNO

• Valid CPR certification and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Ability to work independently and reliably

• Excellent assessment and communication skills

• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
