Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality advanced nursing care to patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimized care
• Utilize evidence-based practices in all assessments
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Engage in continuous service improvement practices
Requirements:
• Registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario
• Current IV Therapy and BCLS certifications required
• ACLS certification essential
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
