Job Summary

We are currently looking for someone to join our energetic Leadership Team in the role of Nurse Manager. The primary role of the Nurse Manager is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Nursing Health Services. This is a full‑time position with an in‑office expectation at our North Bay office. Hours of work are Monday‑Friday, with participation in the Branch Manager on‑call rotation for evenings and weekends.

• Coordinate, supervise, and coach nurses in the field.
• Develop and maintain an effective care plan for Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health atHome.
• Keep abreast of policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and community health best practices, and monitor employee performance.
• Promote and market Community Health Services and maintain positive public relations.
• Provide active guidance for workplace health and safety.

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Proven computer skills (email, word processing, work scheduling systems).
• Strong case‑management skills and familiarity with nursing processes and practices.
• Vehicle and availability for regular travel.
• Leadership and people‑management skills are an asset.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• French language skills are an asset.
