Casual Homecare Nurse

We are looking for Registered Practical Nurses eager to work in Home Care, supporting clients through personalized care plans. Whether you're new or returning to healthcare, you will receive guidance from experienced nurses and have access to 24/7 support. Join us in providing dedicated nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per the designated care plan

• Support clients’ emotional and physical health

• Implement infection prevention strategies

• Collaborate with families and health teams for care

• Document client care accurately and confidentially
Requirements:

• Nurse Certification and CNO active registration

• Tuberculosis Skin Test (valid within the last 2 years)

• Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sector

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• Capable of lifting and traveling between assignments
