Position: North Bay Regional Nurse for Inpatient Care

As a vital member of the surgery department, you will oversee the care of surgical and medical patients. Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience while maintaining a current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Responsibilities include managing complex care procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive post-operative care

• Oversee wound management and ostomy care

• Conduct pain management and IV therapy

• Facilitate patient education and health teaching

• Ensure quality and safety in patient interactions
Requirements:

• Active Certificate of Registration in Ontario

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Current BLS Certification

• Certification in IV Therapy

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
