This permanent position, offering a salary range of $54,600 to $58,343.52, focuses on delivering primary care and health promotion within the Indigenous community. The role requires collaboration within an inter‑professional team, providing essential health services. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Indigenous culture and complete a recognized Practical Nursing program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient interviews and document medical histories

• Perform immunizations and vital assessments

• Manage clinic procedures and medical supplies

• Collaborate on client health care plans

• Train and guide staff on patient care tasks

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with CNO

• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and health determinants

• Excellent assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
