As a GEM Nurse, you will collaborate with patients, families, and community partners while implementing comprehensive geriatric assessments. This role requires a deep commitment to best practices and exceptional leadership in acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments for patients

• Advocate for best practices in elderly care
• Lead and manage programs related to geriatric services
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements:
• Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in elderly care
• Completion of relevant geriatric programs or certifications
• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
