Emergency Department Registered Nurse

In this role, you will join a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a current College of Nurses of Ontario registration, BLS, ACLS, and specific Emergency nursing skills. Your background in medical/surgical units and emergency care will support patients effectively and ensure safety in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department

• Collaborate with a diverse health care team

• Demonstrate critical thinking and assessment skills

• Assume leadership roles in patient care

• Educate patients and families regarding health needs

Requirements:

• Current Ontario nursing registration in good standing

• Minimum 2-3 years in Medical/Surgical units

• 1-2 years experience in Emergency Nursing

• ACLS and BLS certifications

• Bilingualism in English/French required
