Key Responsibilities:

• Meet travel requirements for patient home visits
Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with CNO
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Previous community care experience is beneficial
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to patient needs
• Willingness to cover on-call responsibilities
