Location: West Nipissing
Become a key player at West Nipissing General Hospital as a Registered Nurse in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. This is a part-time nursing role requiring 22.5 hours of focused patient care weekly.
As a Registered Nurse (2026-69), you will be integral to the Endoscopy team, ensuring high-quality nursing care and adherence to hospital policies. You will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while administering medications and educating families on health practices. Your collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals will enhance overall patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care following hospital procedures
• Assess and plan individualized care for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for effective patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding health management
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in clinical hospital settings
• Must have ACLS and IV Certification
• Certification in PICC Lines an asset
• Strong focus on patient-centered care and teamwork
