As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you'll provide essential care to patients of all ages within their community. With support from RNs for complex cases, this role promotes independence and work-life balance. You'll develop your clinical skills and build lasting relationships with those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits to assess patient needs
• Provide ethical, safe nursing care at all times
• Execute and monitor personalized care plans
• Engage effectively with patients to foster trust
• Maintain comprehensive records of patient encounters
Requirements:
• CNO registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Experience in community care is an asset
• Flexibility to travel to patient residences
• Willingness to provide on-call coverage after hours
