North Bay Regional Health Centre seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for their Emergency Department.

You'll work with a multi-disciplinary team while applying your Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support expertise. Prior experience in medical, surgical, and emergency nursing is critical, along with an ability to thrive under pressure and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate care to patients in emergency situations

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for optimal health outcomes

• Conduct assessments, critical interventions, and health teachings

• Assume leadership roles within the nursing team as needed

• Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional education

Requirements:

• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration

• 2-3 years experience in Medical/Surgical units

• 1-2 years experience in Emergency nursing

• Certification in ACLS and BLS within specified time frames

• Bilingual in English and French required
