In Osprey Lodge, you'll work in clinical rehabilitation, providing essential transitional support and programming for patients. This position emphasizes the application of forensic nursing knowledge and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Lead and facilitate specialized group programs
• Assess and manage patient symptoms and medications
• Work with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Navigate complex forensic legal frameworks in care delivery
Requirements:
• Valid nursing registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in forensic settings
• Certifications in BLS and Gentle Persuasive Approach
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and related legislation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
