This role focuses on delivering exceptional care to patients in the Complex Continuing Care program. You'll utilize your skills in medication administration, health teaching, and catheterization while working with a dedicated health team. Your ability to communicate effectively will support both individual and group needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in an acute clinical setting
• Administer medications while ensuring patient safety
• Educate individuals and groups on health issues
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for holistic patient care
• Conduct capillary blood glucose assessments
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Registration from College of Nurses
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate and GPA Certificate
• Experience with catheterization and health teaching
• Bilingualism in English and French is required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
