This role requires a Registered Nurse who is ready to support patients and families in crisis situations effectively. Candidates must hold a current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario, with BLS and ACLS certifications up to date. A strong background in medical, surgical, and emergency nursing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care in urgent medical situations
• Assess and triage patient needs efficiently
• Provide educational support for health-related queries
• Participate in collaborative healthcare efforts
• Maintain safety for patients and healthcare staff
Requirements:
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2-3 years' experience in Medical/Surgical Units
• 1-2 years' recent Emergency care experience
• Must demonstrate solid assessment and critical thinking skills
• Bilingualism is a significant asset
