In this role, you will implement the district education plan, delivering training tailored to diverse clinical environments. Leveraging your experience in nursing and adult education, you will empower nursing staff and integrate client-centered practices into all training events. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and provide in-services for staff education
• Ensure clinical orientation is effectively delivered
• Arrange mandatory center-specific education programs
• Champion policies through comprehensive staff training
• Integrate client-centered practices into educational content
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing as RPN/RN
• Minimum 3-5 years in adult education experience
• Preferably 2-3 years in community nursing
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
