Leveraging your experience in nursing and adult education, you will empower nursing staff and integrate client-centered practices into all training events. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide in-services for staff education

• Ensure clinical orientation is effectively delivered

• Arrange mandatory center-specific education programs

• Champion policies through comprehensive staff training

• Integrate client-centered practices into educational content

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing as RPN/RN

• Minimum 3-5 years in adult education experience

• Preferably 2-3 years in community nursing

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
