North Bay Regional Health Centre is seeking Registered Nurses with a substantial background in emergency and surgical nursing. Candidates should have a current Registered Nurse certification in Ontario, alongside recently acquired BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with diverse health professionals in patient care
• Perform specialized emergency procedures as required
• Uphold patient safety standards and health quality measures
• Document accurately and communicate patient changes
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2-3 years' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Emergency nursing
• Recent certifications for emergency nursing skills
• Bilingual skills in English and French highly preferred
