As a Registered Practical Nurse, you'll be crucial in offering tertiary mental health services within North East Ontario. Your in-depth understanding of psychiatric pathology and recovery-oriented practices will guide your patient care. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams through assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply assessments and treatment for mental health patients

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Educate patients on health management and recovery

• Utilize conflict resolution skills effectively

• Maintain compliance with health regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Current Ontario nursing registration required

• Experience in mental health nursing essential

• Recent BLS and Medication Administration certificates

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends
