We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse with a current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and clinical experience in Dementia Care. This role requires strong capabilities in medication administration and excellent physical assessment skills that align with our patient-centered approach to healthcare. Your ability to engage with patients and uphold safety standards will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective patient care and health teaching

• Manage medication administration and patient assessments

• Support patients through effective communication

• Be a proactive member of the healthcare team

• Ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements:

• Certification from College of Nurses of Ontario required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical experience mandatory

• Experience and certifications in Medication Administration

• Proficient in English and French

• Commitment to safety and quality patient care
