Asamemberofour Nursing Care Unitteam ,youwillplayavitalroleindeliveringsafe,compassionate,andhigh-quality care.
Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Providing holistic,patient-centrednursingcarethatpromotescomfort,dignity,and recovery
- Safelyadministeringmedicationsinaccordancewithhospitalpoliciesandstandards
- Monitoring,assessing,anddocumentingpatientconditionsandvitalsigns
- Collaboratingcloselywithaninterdisciplinaryhealthcareteamtosupportoptimalpatientoutcomes
- Educatingpatientsandfamiliesoncareplans,health management,anddischargepreparation
- Buildingstrongtherapeuticrelationshipsthroughclearcommunicationandempathy
- Applyingclinicalskillsacrossarangeofnursingprocedures
- Participatinginongoinglearningandprofessionaldevelopment
- Currentregistrationasa Registered Practical Nursewiththe Collegeof Nursesof Ontario (CNO)
- Graduationfromarecognized Collegeor University Practical Nursing program
- ValidBCLScertification
- Strongclinicaljudgmentandacommitmenttosafe,patient-focused care
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
- NewgraduatesandRPNswith0–2yearsofexperienceareencouragedtoapply
