We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Nursing Care Unit. This permanent, part-time opportunity is ideal for both early-career nurses looking to build strong clinical foundations and experienced RPNs seeking balance, stability, and purpose in their practice.

Your Impact as an RPN  As a member of our Nursing Care Unit team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing holistic, patient-centred nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity, and recovery
Safely administering medications in accordance with hospital policies and standards
Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and vital signs
Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
Educating patients and families on care plans, health management, and discharge preparation
Building strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and empathy
Applying clinical skills across a range of nursing procedures
Participating in ongoing learning and professional development
What You Bring   Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Graduation from a recognized College or University Practical Nursing program
Valid BCLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to safe, patient-focused care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
New graduates and RPNs with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
