We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Nursing Care Unit.     As a member of our Nursing Care Unit team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing holistic, patient-centred nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity, and recovery
  • Safely administering medications in accordance with hospital policies and standards
  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and vital signs
  • Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Educating patients and families on care plans, health management, and discharge preparation
  • Building strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and empathy
  • Applying clinical skills across a range of nursing procedures
  • Participating in ongoing learning and professional development
  • What You Bring
  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Graduation from a recognized College or University Practical Nursing program
  • Valid BCLS certification
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to safe, patient-focused care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates and RPNs with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
