As a member of our Nursing Care Unit team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing holistic, patient-centred nursing care that promotes comfort, dignity, and recoverySafely administering medications in accordance with hospital policies and standardsMonitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and vital signsCollaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomesEducating patients and families on care plans, health management, and discharge preparationBuilding strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and empathyApplying clinical skills across a range of nursing proceduresParticipating in ongoing learning and professional developmentWhat You Bring
