Step into the impactful role of Care and Service Manager d clinical supervisors and ensure quality patient care while supporting front-line teams across Canada.
As a Care and Service Manager, you will guide clinical supervisors in enhancing care delivery and confidentiality. Your leadership will drive clinical performance, mentor staff, and maintain a safe environment for clients and families. Participate in training while ensuring compliance with health regulations and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor clinical supervisors and front-line staff
• Monitor care delivery performance and clinical indicators
• Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Address clinical concerns from all stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration with healthcare teams and agencies
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current provincial license
• Minimum three years in nursing leadership
• Two years as a practicing Registered Nurse
• Certifications in Community Health Nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
