Position: North Bay Nurse Educator for Emergency Care
Become a Clinical Nurse Educator at North Bay Regional Health Centre's Emergency Department. This vital role focuses on enhancing clinical education for nursing staff and improving patient outcomes.

The position requires an experienced nurse educator with a Master's degree and a strong background in Emergency care. You'll play a critical role in developing training programs, mentoring staff, and supporting them in providing optimal patient care. This position is instrumental for the continuous improvement of nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and evaluate nursing education curricula

• Lead training sessions for emergency care protocols

• Conduct staff assessments and skill evaluations

• Collaborate with healthcare team for educational development

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards of practice

Requirements:

• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration

• Graduate degree in Nursing (BScN) required

• 5 years’ Emergency Department experience necessary

• Certification in BLS and ACLS (instructor willing)

• Bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory
