This Family Nurse Practitioner provides care across primary, acute, and chronic illness needs. The practice includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and coordination within established clinical protocols. Diabetes care, physicals, well-baby services, and perinatal backup are included within scope.

• Provide primary, acute, and chronic illness care
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up patients
• Collaborate with physician preceptors and clinical protocols
• Participate in diabetes care and patient services
• Support satellite-clinic assignments when included

• Washington ARNP licensure or eligibility
• Previous family practice experience preferred
• Ability to serve rural and underserved patients
