Key Responsibilities:
Complete scheduled community visits within your scope
Provide safe, ethical nursing care

Maintain professional patient encounter records
Requirements:
Current CNO registration in good standing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Community care experience is an asset
Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel
Required after-hours on-call coverage
Use assessment, care planning, and relationship-building skills to support Para Med patients across their Sturgeon Falls homes.
