Rural Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Deliver primary care for rural and underserved patients in Mattawa, Washington, using assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up skills. Physician-preceptor collaboration supports integrated care.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will care for patients across primary, acute, and chronic illness needs. Your work includes diabetes care, school and sports physicals, well-baby services, and perinatal backup within scope. Established clinical protocols guide practice.

• Serve rural and underserved patients with continuity
• Provide primary, acute, and chronic illness care
• Complete assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Participate in school and sports physicals
• Provide well-baby and perinatal services within scope

• Washington ARNP licensure or eligibility required
• Family practice experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate with physician preceptors
• Ability to follow established clinical protocols
• Commitment to coordinated rural healthcare
