Position: Michaels Merchandise Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the unloading and sorting of merchandise

• Ensure accurate store and pricing compliance

• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines

• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage during shifts

• Train team members on operations and store standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in retail leadership roles

• Strong capability in managing inventory

• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

• Commitment to uphold visual merchandising standards
