Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service in the meat area

• Prepare and present various meat products for display

• Keep the meat department organized and compliant

• Manage and receive meat product deliveries

• Assist in training new meat department staff

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is essential

• At least 12 months of relevant meat cutting experience

• Independent work capability in a busy store

• Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards

• Expertise in meat products and department operations
