Join QE Home’svibrantretail team and take the lead in shaping the guest experience at one of Canada’s most beloved home décor destinations. As a Co-Manager, collaboration, shared ownership, and growth are at the core of your role. As a strategic partner to the Store Manager, you’ll help lead store operations, inspire teams, and drive results.

This is a contract position with a minimum one-year term.

• Partnering with the Store Manager to co-lead daily operations, sales performance, team development, and guest experience.
• Sharing accountability for store results, including sales targets, productivity, and loss prevention.
• Leading by example on the sales floor by delivering exceptional guest service and product knowledge.
• Taking ownership of assigned operational areas such as scheduling, merchandising, execution, training, or inventory management.
• Providing leadership support to an additional store as needed, acting as a consistent leadership presence and operational partner.
• Leading recruiting, onboarding, and coaching initiatives within your assigned scope.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing work environment.
• Supporting performance conversations and development planning in partnership with the Store Manager.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you maybe required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbing ladders formerch merchandising and stock.

• 2-5years of retail experience; minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
