• Greet customers and engage during transactions

• Ensure fast checkout using the GET Involved approach

• Recommend additional services like Credit and Tool Rental

• Follow safety and shrink prevention policies

• Minimize waiting times for customers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years retail or cash experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and pushing

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
