Hello World Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a thriving team in North Bay, Ontario. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of personal lines, ensuring competitive standing while maintaining exceptional client service. Your expertise in account management will be vital for facilitating renewals, quotes, and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to clients via telephone, email, and fax inquiries
• Manage account renewals, providing quotes as needed
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for growth
• Process claims and endorsements through EPIC and portals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of personal insurance account management
• Familiarity with brokerage management systems
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
