Position: Protective Services Security Guard Role
Join the Protective Services team as a Security Guard at North Bay Regional Health Centre. This role focuses on maintaining safety through active surveillance and emergency response procedures.

As a Security Guard, you will be essential in ensuring the welfare of the hospital community. Your main duties will include responding to emergencies, performing patrols, and upholding safety regulations. Collaborating with staff will be vital for effectively managing unique situations within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency codes and requests effectively

• Perform proactive security patrols in hospital areas

• Collaborate with staff to enhance service delivery

• Enforce by-laws and hospital security measures

• Monitor facility through video management systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree related to security or protection

• Ontario Security License required by law

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Current First-aid/CPR Certification

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
