Position: North Bay Health Centre Security Role
Protect patients and staff as a Security Guard at North Bay Regional Health Centre. This role emphasizes high visibility and proactive measures to ensure safety within the hospital.

As a vital member of the Protective Services team, you will engage with the community and respond to emergencies, contributing to a secure environment. Your understanding of security protocols and ability to handle crises will be essential in this fast-paced healthcare environment. Work closely with hospital staff to ensure high safety standards and a supportive emotional atmosphere for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address security requests and medical emergencies swiftly

• Conduct routine patrols and monitor security systems

• Collaborate with healthcare workers to improve safety

• Assess and intervene in potential problem situations

• Document evidence and ensure its secure handling

Requirements:

• Ontario Security License essential

• Diploma/Degree in relevant fields

• 2 years experience in healthcare security

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Clear driver’s abstract
