Position: Protective Services Security Guard Role
Become a key player with North Bay Regional Health Centre as a Protective Services Security Guard. Ensure safety and security for the hospital community through proactive measures and strong communication skills.

This position focuses on safeguarding hospital property and supporting requests for security. As a member of the Protective Services team, you will offer community relations service and respond to emergencies while liaising with frontline staff for enhanced service delivery.

Your role includes conducting environmental patrols and ensuring compliance with established policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to security and emergency requests in hospital areas

• Provide ambassador service to the public

• Conduct proactive environmental patrols

• Collaborate with team members to improve service

• Secure evidence for investigations

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Law & Security or related field

• Ontario Security License required

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Valid G class driver’s license

• Current First-aid/CPR Certification
