Position: Hospital Security Guard Role Available
North Bay Regional Health Centre seeks a Security Guard dedicated to the safety of hospital community members. Protect critical services while engaging with the public and responding to emergencies.

In this Protective Services position, you will ensure the security and welfare of all individuals in hospital premises through a proactive approach. The role requires a strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response strategies. Your contribution will directly impact the ambiance and safety within the hospital by maintaining communication with frontline staff and responding to all safety requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage response for all security and emergency situations

• Provide ambassador services to the community

• Conduct environmental patrols and alarm responses

• Collaborate with staff for service delivery enhancements

• Enforce hospital policies and by-laws diligently

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Security or Police Foundations

• Valid Ontario Security License

• Two years of relevant experience is necessary

• Ability to communicate in English and French preferred

• Clean driver’s abstract required
