In this supervisory position, you will oversee the work unit's day-to-day operations at Canada Post. You will authorize overtime, address staffing needs, and work closely with other supervisors to enhance service delivery. Your experience in management and familiarity with customer service will be vital for maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and inspect daily operations for mail delivery
• Ensure effective sortation and routing of mail
• Determine staffing needs and authorize overtime
• Monitor delivery employees' performance and appearance
• Liaise with other supervisors for effective coordination
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience
• At least 2 years in a unionized work environment
• Understanding of key software applications
• Valid permanent driver’s license
