Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting package handling and logistics services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: North Bay, ON

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday: 2:30 AM – 7:00 AM;
Tuesday–Friday: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Note: No students will be accepted for this role.

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading trailers and curbside vehicles
• Scanning, cubing, and reweighing packages
• Working with conveyors, roller belts, cargo containers, and package vehicles
• Following and maintaining all safety standards and procedures
• Performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Physically intensive work capability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality
