Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing client on a new Accounting Manager role. The ideal candidate will have strong staff management skills, the ability to work hands-on within the GL, and the ability to own the month-end-close process.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Managed month-end-close
- Oversee a team of accountants
- Work hands-on within the GL
- Report financials to the CFO
- Guide team through process improvements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior experience owning the month-end-close
- Experience working in the GL
