We are looking for a customer‑focused, metric‑driven Call Center Associate for our 2nd shift. The role involves providing top‑quality service to homeowners and other customers via phone and digital channels. This position starts with an average salary of $50,000–$70,000 per year and may include bonus incentives.

As a Call Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them address inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve concerns. You will work in a fast‑paced environment and support our sales team by connecting customers with in‑store consultants.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining positive communication.
• Identify customers’ unique home situations and gather relevant information.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit and assess jobs.
• Communicate effectively, show empathy, and address objections by reinforcing the value of our service.
• Utilize company resources and coaching to achieve performance metrics.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Availability for weekend shifts (shift differential pay available).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathetic listening.
• Drive to meet metrics and willingness to accept constructive feedback.
