Overview

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Beaumont at Northborough (Northborough, MA) is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

• Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is great but not always required.
