Occupational Therapist, OT, Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Symbria’s rehabilitation team in Beaumont at Northborough, MA. This full‑time role enables you to impact the lives of older adults in senior‑living and post‑acute settings.

As an occupational therapist at Symbria, you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans while supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, maintain productivity standards, complete required documentation, and help patients achieve critical outcomes while being a trusted partner to the community.

As a full‑time OT, your primary duties include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans and goals for older adult patients.
• Delivering and supervising therapy interventions for Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintaining productivity standards and completing required documentation.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Acting as a trusted partner to the community and helping patients reach critical outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Valid or pending state license (for newer graduates).
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.
