As a Pharmacist, you will work closely with management and technicians to provide customers with exceptional care and a one‑of‑a‑kind pharmacy experience.

• Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns; show empathy in sensitive situations; strive to exceed expectations, provide alternative solutions to problems, and achieve the best possible outcome for customers
• Provide counseling on prescriptions; relay pertinent information for success and confidence in at-home use of medication
• Perform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error‑free products
• Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, seek continuous improvement opportunities, identify barriers to achieve goals, and elevate issues when appropriate
• Support and stay current on company wellness initiatives; ensure consistency and execution and share best practices
• Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations; ensure company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures are followed
• Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business

• Pharmacist State License (may require licensing in multiple states)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
• Certified Pharmacist Immunizer
• AED, CPR certified
• Computer skills

• Certified in a Disease State
