Job Title AI Automation Engineer – Digital Workplace Services Location Onsite, US Northborough Experience 5-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across Digital Workplace Services. The role will focus on leveraging Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, automation technologies, and intelligent virtual agents to enhance employee experience, optimize IT operations, improve service desk efficiency, and enable autonomous workplace support capabilities.

Design and implement AI-powered workplace automation solutions.
