Landscape Team Member Part Time

Garden Keep is looking for a motivated and hardworking Landscape Team Member to join our crew in Northborough, MA! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, build your skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained properties. • Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape features
• Apply mulch, soil, and other ground cover materials as directed
• Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Follow job site instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from company vehicles
• Communicate professionally with team leads and clients on job sites

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
• Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
