Starting pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour (actual start pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience).
Hourly position.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross‑trained across multiple store areas.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in store maintenance.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to multitask.
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (with or without reasonable accommodation).
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
