• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction programs; participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred.
