We are looking for a Digital Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
As a Digital Inside Sales Representative you'll handle every prospect, customer, and teammate with world class service by effectively communicating, actively listening, and showing empathy with every homeowner you speak with. Your responsibility is to communicate with the homeowner via text message and other digital platforms to schedule an appointment for a Project Consultant to demonstrate the product in the customer’s home.
You'll partner with leaders consistently to provide and receive feedback on your performance on the phones.
- Communicate with customers via text message using company-provided methodology
- Communicate with all customers, prospects, and teammates with professionalism, listening actively, and showing empathy
- Engage with customers by measuring and responding to sentiment
- Enter all information from the conversation into Enabled swiftly and accurately
- Partner with Inside Sales Coaches and Management team for questions or escalated customer situations
- Meet activity targets daily
- Report irresolvable situations to your immediate supervisor for appropriate resolution, avoiding argumentative, unprofessional behavior
- Meet regularly to discuss feedback on performance, develop strategies and ask questions
- Attend weekly team meeting
- Other job duties as assigned
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including maturity and the ability to accept constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance.
- Ability to work independently and as an active team member.
- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
- Multi-task by adjusting from one type of call to another without loss of efficiency, composure, or knowledge.
- 1 year customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
