Join Our Dynamic Team as a Mobile Engineer – Elevate Your Career with Us! We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to maintain and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems across multiple facilities. This role directly impacts the comfort and safety of our spaces and requires collaboration with facilities teams.

• Execute maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance.
• Perform live troubleshooting to swiftly resolve HVAC issues.
• Engage in basic electrical tasks, such as replacing bulbs, while adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct plumbing tasks, including working with cleaning machines, Sloan valves, and faucets.
• Undertake basic carpentry work, including small patch and paint jobs.
• Travel between facilities to ensure seamless operation of building systems.
• Oversee facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for efficient operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by external contractors.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification is a must.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Two years of trade schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
