Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN coverage at Blackstone Valley in Whitinsville, MA
. Bring your skills to a skilled nursing rehab team helping residents regain everyday abilities following illness, injury, or hospitalization.

• Deliver treatment under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care, focusing on residents' functional goals.

• Guide residents through self-care activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.

• Incorporate therapeutic activities to improve coordination, upper-body function, and participation in daily routines.

• Teach residents how to use adaptive equipment and follow safety techniques established by the OT.

• Record treatment provided, resident responses, and progress; communicate changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.

• Coordinate with nursing and fellow therapy staff to reinforce care recommendations throughout the resident's day.

• $35–$40 per hour.

• PRN coverage opportunities based on facility needs and your availability.

• Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral.

• Collaboration with the rehab team and support from therapy leadership.

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.

• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a resident-focused approach.

• Skilled nursing experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
